Really great work-life balance.
Nothing that warrants a con on my part.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked some questions; most were behavioral, with some being technical. It was around 35 minutes, and there was just one interviewer on the panel.
I was given a 45-minute phone interview before a HackerRank test, which I thought was a little different than other interviewing processes. The interviewer himself was exceptionally kind and transparent, but I never heard back after that.
In my experience with the company's interview process, I met lovely people, but their slow response time created uncertainty and tested my patience. The process included a screening interview followed by technical interviews.
