Great team culture, flexible work environment, and exposure to large-scale enterprise cloud infrastructure. I learned a lot from experienced colleagues.
Was impacted by a company-wide workforce reduction despite strong performance.
Communication about long-term stability could’ve been better.
Be more transparent about organizational changes and WFR risks, especially for newer hires. Consider supporting impacted employees with extended transition resources.
