I encountered a challenging experience with a manager who requested that I work during my medical leave, which I found to be highly inappropriate and contrary to standard company policies. While HP emphasizes compliance and adherence to regulations, it appears these standards are not consistently applied across the organization. I believe there is room for improvement in ensuring that policies are uniformly enforced for all employees, promoting a fair and supportive work environment.
