Good It Company, Bad Pay Raises
A good IT company to work for. I'd highly recommend it for entry-level IT jobs.
My personal opinion and experience is that salary reviews and increases are not priorities. The promotion process and changes in management made it worse.
In general, I had good managers, just too many changes in short periods of time.
