You will not be selected for any of those jobs. This is a company where it's not what you know, it's who you know.
My message to executives is to not forget who is the face of your company. The person who doesn't speak English on the phone, or the contractors that show up to work on the equipment. Maybe even the high-priced sales rep who is looking to make a buck and willing to fly all over the country on the company's dollar to get richer.
