Worst company to work for
Nothing really to consider as a pro for this company. After 3-6 months, you will start applying elsewhere and realize you made a mistake.
Pretty much everything is an issue. They judge team members on quantity of tickets instead of quality support.
Do not try to make a company profit from people who contribute to the company day and night. WFR people are the worst decision-makers and made HPE come to this point, like the CEO, Meg, and her whole team. All she got was a bigger and better paycheck every time, whereas other employees did not even get their severance or deserved benefits.
