Good place to retire. No work pressure. No release deadlines; deadlines can be shifted according to the pace of developers, very supportive. Good management, helps in covering failures and projecting work as large even when not much is done/delivered by the team. Once you become senior, no need to code. Just attend meetings and give wisdom words. Since there is no work pressure, excellent work-life balance. Being a major company, good at acquiring small companies.
Not recommended for freshers.
Keep up the good work you're doing.
