Good benefit, somewhat fair salary.
No social life. Works for over five years, only knows/is friends with five people. Too many non-technical people are pretending to be useful.
Too much supervision from too many non-technical people (team leaders, shift managers, manager, senior manager).
They are not contributing anything to solve problems other than yelling here and there and forcing/implementing their stupid ideas and suggestions.
These are all just pretenders.
Please kick/terminate these people out, or HPE business ends up like Nokia.
The company came for campus recruitment in my college. There were 4 rounds: * Written * Technical * Another technical * HR The procedure was completely professional. Recruiters were supportive.
First interview, I was interviewed by the hiring manager and the HR manager. Second interview, I was interviewed by two people. Both were engineers and had worked there for a while.
Awful. The manager is disrespectful, and the team members seem to be scared of him. Very few questions are asked; they do not want engineers but coders. Got an offer but decided to turn it down. Their salary is half of other benefits you could get i
