Most of the people I worked with were nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
There were, of course, a few who were not.
For the most part, I really enjoyed working at HP.
In the section I was working, the documentation was not updated, and trying to follow someone else's idea of how to do something did not always make sense. Multiple ways to complete the same taskings, with little documentation supporting them, made it near impossible to quickly and simply complete the job.
Getting a clue on what documentation needs to be in place, and simple change management to support a standard of procedure (SoP), would help to effectively get things done consistently.
