Way too many and frequent layoffs. I don't know how this company can remain profitable long-term with continuous layoffs like this. This is crazy.
Neri (CEO) repeatedly invokes the long, rich history of HP and its founders, Hewlett and Packard. He should stop doing this. His way has nothing to do with the HP Way or respect for the individual. He should embrace his way as the WFR (work force reduction) way. Maybe change the name of the company from HPE to WFR.
