A company that has lost its way
Benefits are average for an MNC. With constant cost-cutting, it's the last thing that is considered a "pros".
Lack of innovation. Lack of capable leaders. Management don't really care about innovation; they are only about making a sale. They will sell anything if it brings in money. They do not really care about customers, or employees, for that matter. Management lacks the EQ to motivate employees, at least in my department. Pep talks do more harm than good.
Stop thinking so much about sales and care for the customers. Care for the employees. Focus on innovation. With good innovation, the numbers will come.
