Upper management is disconnected and outdated.
Stop laying off the people doing the work.
The company is run top-down, and the people at the top have a disconnect with those at the bottom.
Decisions from the top don't make sense, and the people at the bottom suffer.
Most of the work is currently being outsourced to Taiwan. So much for this being an American company.
They really shouldn't have the name Hewlett Packard anymore when most of the work is done in Taiwan. Just change it to a Taiwanese name.
