How about some honesty in these reviews?

Pros

Pays a professional salary, albeit not a competitive one. Better than working at some fly-by-night I.T. shops.

Cons

Constant layoffs, constant churn. Divisions continue to be sold off. The downturn started with Carly Fiorina, then Mark Hurd, then Leo Apotheker. I give HPE another 3 years before it is broken up or absorbed by one of the big players. I keep seeing current references to being able to telecommute. This isn't happening at any of the offices I know of, as I keep in touch with former coworkers across North America.

Advice to Management

Workers can't give advice to management. The results of the VOW (voice of the workforce) employee survey are ignored. For five years, our team endured an incompetent manager, and despite our VOW input, he remained a manager.
