Great place to work, good work-life balance and flexibility for off-time, with good opportunities for learning. Immediate management, at least with me, was great!
You rarely get a salary raise, even if deserved. Even if the company reaches or exceeds target revenue, and your effort was part of it, you rarely get to see something other than your salary. Unfortunately, it seems like upper management constantly gives employees the impression that if they want a salary raise, they need to search somewhere else.
Talk to employees about salary, even if it's stressing and you cannot provide a salary raise. It is really important to discuss.

There were multiple rounds with various degrees of understanding of the success criteria. Folks I spoke with had various degrees of understanding of the role and what success looked like.
Senior React Developer
There were straightforward questions from React and JavaScript, along with some basics from HTML5 and CSS3. Conducted a machine test, which was easy. They were checking whether the fundamentals were strong or not.
Senior Solutions Architect
4 interviews, some of which did not seem useful to me. Quite a long wait between 2 interviews, which can be demotivating if other offers are received in the meantime. Several technical levels, 1 interview in English and 1 interview with the manager.
