The team is spread all over the US with less personal interaction. The sales team is unable to bring business against competitors like IBM, Accenture, etc. Management is still from old EDS and is not up to par in the ERP sector.
Vitalize the team by promoting consultants who have hands-on experience in ERP and implement projects under their leadership. Depend less on the offshore model.
