At this point, I cannot identify any disadvantages.
Not valid. All behavior and mix of tech. Not value of any kind. Not a good team. Mix panel, phone, and face-to-face. Then HR called you for HR questions, which don't add any value.
Heavy process, they require a lot of documentation from you. There is an interview with Human Resources and a technical interview. If you are recommended by someone who already works at the company, the process is usually more favorable.
Simple interview. As they already knew me from having worked with them through subcontractors, it wasn't very complex. First, one with HR and then, one with the person who would be my manager.
