Great work-life balance. Good compensation for top performers. Hybrid work is available after the pandemic. Nice San Jose building (former HQ). Amazing benefits, such as 401k match, most holidays off, and six months of parental leave.
Bad reputation to outsiders. Anyone immediately asks about layoffs if I mention I work at HPE.
Execute the edge strategy. Greenlake, and get that stock price moving up, please.

Senior Software Engineer
I had a phone screen and an in-person interview. I interviewed with multiple departments within HPE. I had two separate in-person interviews. Both interviews took the entire day, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
