Interview process is standard. Applied online through the web portal. Got a first call with HR. Then was transferred to another HR. They set up a phone screen and an on-site interview.

This opening was for HP R&D Bellandur in Bangalore. There was a written test followed by one face-to-face interview. The written test was equal to freshers in Java, with super easy questions and some attitude questions that were also damn easy. The
