Some good people to work with. Reasonable systems. Plenty of challenges.
No management strategy. No focus on staff. Cutbacks are ridiculous. Senior/executive management cannot run the business. Morale is terrible.
Start focusing on your people, not the bottom line.
4 interviews, some of which did not seem useful to me. Quite a long wait between 2 interviews, which can be demotivating if other offers are received in the meantime. Several technical levels, 1 interview in English and 1 interview with the manager.
The standard application, followed by a phone call interview and an in-person assessment centre with 3 interviews: * One group with 6 other interns * One technical coding problem to identify coding languages * One psychometric
There was a first stage with an outside interviewer. Then I took a technical interview with HPE employees. They were helpful and gave much feedback which will improve my future interview processes.
