Great engineered products, but I'm not sure if that's because it was thought out in-house with R&D or acquired.
Zero hands-on training. Needs a team of Six Sigma black belts to break down silos. No cohesion; multiple departments working against each other. If it were a boat, it would just go around in circles because nobody is rowing in the same direction.

4 interviews, some of which did not seem useful to me. Quite a long wait between 2 interviews, which can be demotivating if other offers are received in the meantime. Several technical levels, 1 interview in English and 1 interview with the manager.
Pretty standard. One huge issue is that the background screening was done in Mexico. The language barrier and the time it took to actually get hired were very, very frustrating. I almost didn't accept the role due to this process. It was truly awful,
