Ongoing workforce reduction – layoffs, weakening business
Not much work pressure. Process oriented. Good campus. Good for professionals who are looking to settle.
Mediocre pay.
In the middle of workforce reduction, therefore employees who have been with the organization for a long time are retained. Comparatively, newly hired employees are laid off.
HPE is losing customers to the cloud. The crux of the hardware and supporting software business comes from large/medium-sized businesses. But with the proliferation of cloud, medium and small businesses no longer purchase hardware of their own. HPE needs to keep up with this changing trend.
Employees are assets. Younger minds need appreciation for innovative ideas. Senior employees stick to old school of thoughts.
