There are some great teams and people there. Some are handling cutting-edge technologies and allow good working conditions.
Some managers are inexperienced, and some workers were poorly chosen. This results in poorly managed teams, workers badmouthing each other behind their backs, workers being pitted against one another just to get them working harder, stressful work and high pressure, no technical progress or learning, and no personal growth.
Take a good look at who you're hiring and who you're moving to managerial positions.
Allow more options for feedback.
Allocate more money to R&D departments (for both technical progress and normal working conditions).
Interviewer was very sweet. Started with DSA (linked lists - medium, DP - easy). Asked in detail about projects. Then OS and computer basics. They made sure I was comfortable and asked a lot about future plans, hobbies, etc.
First, they conducted an online test at a university campus. Later, they scheduled an interview through online mode. There was a 30-minute interview session, and after a month, they offered me an internship.
Questions asked on DSA: sorting, find the substring, questions based on OOPs, resume based. Explain your projects. Difference between runtime and compile time. What is the difference between drop, delete, and truncate?
