Higher management is really unfocused, and it is really bothering. Business plans are being changed constantly. In 5 years, there were more than 8 organizational changes across the entire organization.
IT is horrible. Microsoft Windows and servers, Skype for Business, and Outlook make me feel like a dinosaur.
No stability and no clear vision means less motivation. The constant shifting of higher management, agendas, and focus distracts all employees from making money for the firm. Also, nobody reads your emails.
Interviewer was very sweet. Started with DSA (linked lists - medium, DP - easy). Asked in detail about projects. Then OS and computer basics. They made sure I was comfortable and asked a lot about future plans, hobbies, etc.
First, they conducted an online test at a university campus. Later, they scheduled an interview through online mode. There was a 30-minute interview session, and after a month, they offered me an internship.
