Benefits are not bad; the company is giving more time off to employees. Diversity is being encouraged.
Bullying is rewarded and confused with leadership. It is more important to dominate than to collaborate in order to get a promotion.
Work/life balance was just a dream for some R&D teams. Working on weekends was seen as a normal part of the job.
High-level management should have 1:1s with all the engineers, not just with the technical leaders.
