Little or no reward for good work, poor pay rises (only those high up the chain seem to get decent pay rises). This has put me off working for big companies in the future, as you feel like a tiny cog in a big engine.
Boost your employees' morale by giving a thumbs up now and again or by making the workplace more enjoyable.
Could arrange more social events for workers to help build team relations.
