Your seniors hide all important things from you. There is no scope of growth because of some senior jerks. A guy with 5+ years of experience sees you (a fresher) as a competition and leaves no chance to destroy your career.
YOUR management is the worst. At least try to be honest and keep your word; don't play with the careers of freshers.
