Employee-friendly policies like Work From Home and leaves.
Technical processes are not followed (at least in my project).
Very few on-site opportunities.
Low salary compared to industry standards.
Reward policies are poor.
Very few development opportunities.
Try to get better projects with achievable delivery dates. Reward employees according to their effort. Provide more onsite opportunities.
