If you are an experienced person with 10-15 years of experience and want to settle with very less work and good pay, this is the company you can choose.
Getting back to the pros:
First of all, I will start with cons respective of a fresher. You will get training after joining, which is of no use. You can get a project irrespective of your domain.
If you want to enjoy, this is a good place, but if you want to learn at the initial level of your career, I don't recommend this company or any other big "MNC".
They choose you for a project randomly and give you any type of technology or tools to work with.
You will only learn something if you get a good project, which is a very rare case here and it is based on luck, not on talent. So, good luck...
Please recruit people according to skill and project, even freshers. They are the main resources of the company.
Manage them well according to their skills. Stop randomness while assigning projects; you are wasting useful resources.
