Good company brand value. Good work-life balance. Learning depends on the project.
Too many managers for each project
I had three rounds of interview at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for the Software Engineer position. 1. The first two rounds were technical with senior engineers. 2. The last round was with the manager.
It was a 1-hour online interview. I was asked questions on C programming, computer networks, and operating systems. Although I mentioned to the interviewers that I was good at Java, they still kept on asking me questions on C programming itself.
First round was an aptitude test (this was the most difficult round I felt). The second was a technical HR round (fairly easy). Finally, there was an HR round (concentrated on confidence level and way of approach towards the problem).
