No pros for contractors, but sometimes you can get better work, which will improve your tech skills.
Good for employees, although they maintain a ratio of 40% employees and 60% contractors, respectively.
Every time you will feel like managers are mostly biased here. They target contractors for no reason even though you have delivered your work on time. Managers are non-technical here and mostly old-age people. I felt that they don't have manners, like how to interact with their employees (contractors). Most of the managers here like buttering. If you don't know buttering, then don't join this company.
A technical person would be good for an Engineering Manager. There should be some course organized for current managers to have better practice of management. They don't behave like a team player.
It was primarily a verbal technical interview where we were expected to respond in alignment with the job role, followed by a managerial and an HR round. Overall, the process went quite smoothly.
1st round - online assessment 2nd round - technical round Here, I was asked about my projects and also DSA questions (reverse a string but in groups of 3 characters). 3rd round - managerial round 4th round - HR round
3 rounds: 1. Tech round: Questions asked from various topics like DBMS, CN, OS, DS, Algorithms. 2. Managerial round: Easy tech questions were asked. Most of the questions were about our abilities. 3. HR Round.
