HPE is an excellent place for tech enthusiasts. There is a possibility to work with a broad range of equipment, software, operating systems, and basically any technology available. And if it is not available, there is an opportunity to create new ones for the company. A friendly atmosphere and a certain level of flexibility at work are another benefit.
Salary is not really competitive and hardly changing over time.
Simple. Two rounds of F2F. One with the senior developer and another with the architect/tech lead. Core Java, REST questions predominantly. Previous project-related questions. Then a manager and followed by an HR round. It was all in one day.
I had three rounds of interview at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for the Software Engineer position. 1. The first two rounds were technical with senior engineers. 2. The last round was with the manager.
Went through a phone call with HR, a group pairing session with engineers, and lastly a 1:1 with the Manager. The overall process was smooth, and I got to learn a lot from the engineers through the pair programming.
