The culture is just great, motivating the people to cooperate and to share their knowledge and values. This culture makes you feel you are in a good company.
The work/life balance is really good.
There are some interesting projects, but not all of them are good.
The salary is low compared to what other companies offer.
Growth within the company takes way too much time, in my opinion, no matter how good or productive you are. Also, I would like to add that this is common in other companies in the region.
Focus on keeping the good people.
