HPE has very good salary and flexibility options for new employees. There are many free learning opportunities available to gain new skills.
The company culture has decayed from vibrant and exciting to dry and depressing. There is a constant threat of being laid off, even for highly-skilled, experienced employees. Restore employee privacy in the workplace and stop the constant layoffs to improve employee morale immensely.
