The company offers a good work-life balance, a hybrid mode of work, and a good environment to work in.
Worst management. Couldn't convert to full-time, though performing well, giving excuses about business constraints. Further, they are hiring freshers, which is totally meaningless. No proper communication, ignorance. If you think of building a life at HPE by starting as an intern, just don't have that hope. 😕
Proper communication should be there. Pure ignorance. My career almost ended by coming to this company, that too as a fresher.
This company has only one round of interviews. I was interviewed by the manager of one of their departments. It was a BQ interview, but it also asked what projects were done and what tools and voices were used. The interviewer was very friendly.
The hiring process consisted of two phone calls, then one take-home project, and finally one group interview. The take-home project took a few days to complete, and the entire process took about two weeks.
Meeting with two engineers in the team you will work with. About one hour spent with each person. They are very pleasant people and seem genuinely behind the product/service they contribute to. All done via Zoom.
