The people are great to work with
The work itself isn't exactly cutting-edge if you're working in storage engineering, which may be a con for some. Also career growth seems to be quite stagnant.
A panel of 5 engineers from the team asked me technical questions about projects and previous experiences from my resume. They also asked basic behavioral questions about overcoming problems and teamwork.
First, there was an online assessment. After that, there was an interview where they asked questions related to business requirements. I attended the first round and was not qualified for the second round of interviews.
I first received the telephone interview, followed by a technical interview. But later, there was no update or even a rejection email. The interview was fairly good. I could answer the majority of the questions, except for just one.
