I've heard good things about their hardware. Since they are primarily a hardware company, they seem to make sales there.
It feels like every project or decision from managers revolves around cutting cost first, and then if we happen to make something, that's a secondary bonus. Most experienced engineers/leaders seemed to leave out of frustration, and then layoffs cleared out the rest. It's rough working at a place that seems to actively not want you to work there.
Pivoting and having re-orgs every 3-6 months changes is not a good long-term plan. Every re-org means teams get scrambled and have to figure out how to work with a new team on a new project. It leaves a trail of half-finished software and burnt-out employees.
The interview was mostly Data Structures and Algorithms, and System Design. There are typically 4-5 stages of interviews, and one of them will be System Design. An offer takes sometime between 2 days to 1 week.
