Pros

I've heard good things about their hardware. Since they are primarily a hardware company, they seem to make sales there.

Cons

It feels like every project or decision from managers revolves around cutting cost first, and then if we happen to make something, that's a secondary bonus. Most experienced engineers/leaders seemed to leave out of frustration, and then layoffs cleared out the rest. It's rough working at a place that seems to actively not want you to work there.

Advice to Management

Pivoting and having re-orgs every 3-6 months changes is not a good long-term plan. Every re-org means teams get scrambled and have to figure out how to work with a new team on a new project. It leaves a trail of half-finished software and burnt-out employees.
