Usually pretty nice WLB, but sometimes it was bad. It averaged out to about 35 hours/week.
Benefits were average.
Working with the India team was unpleasant, especially when you had to. On average, they were not great communicators; they didn't respond to Slack or Outlook, among other things.
Management did not provide clear direction for what we were doing a lot of the time.
Be clear about your direction and reasons for doing certain actions.
The interview was mostly Data Structures and Algorithms, and System Design. There are typically 4-5 stages of interviews, and one of them will be System Design. An offer takes sometime between 2 days to 1 week.
