US work culture is a little bit hard to adapt. You might receive an easy job and feel less growth in your career role. You need to deal with interpersonal relationships.
This can be bad for juniors and graduates. You can get a decent salary, but valuable tasks might be taken by experienced engineers, and remaining tasks might be boring and easy.
