Great work environment, treated like a team-member as an intern, given exciting and challenging projects, good professional growth opportunities, good work life balance and flexibility.
Large corporate environment has a complex infrastructure that can be challenging to learn and integrate with. It takes time to become integrated and productive.
Pretty easy, 1-2 behaviorals depending on the team and position, and in my experience just one OA. The OA was 2 LeetCode-style questions, difficulty of about easy to medium. Definitely not too hard.
The on-campus process, including both the online assessment and interview, is virtual. They give around 5-6 days for interview preparation. Most of the questions asked are directly from well-known DSA questions, with a bit of OS and CN.
Got the interview from a submission at a career fair. Resume got selected and I did one round, and I didn't get a callback after that. The first interviewer was pretty terrible. He didn't even go past "tell me about yourself."
