When an employee has been working on a contract basis for more than one year, why are you not offering them a permanent position? Because of internal politics. You hire a new person and waste months training them, and eventually, they leave.
The interview went for 3 days. There were 4 rounds after the presentation: * Written MCQ test * Technical interview * Management interview * HR Interview The last round went late into the night, until 1 am.
It was not that great. They asked in-depth DSA concepts, from dynamic programming to graphs, and a good amount of resume-based questions. The resume part was fine, but the DSA questions were super tough.
Interviewer was very sweet. Started with DSA (linked lists - medium, DP - easy). Asked in detail about projects. Then OS and computer basics. They made sure I was comfortable and asked a lot about future plans, hobbies, etc.
