Their management is too poor. After selecting candidates, they are not sending offer letters. If there are no vacancies, why are they hiring and not sending offer letters? Kindly stop playing with students' lives.

Mostly 5 rounds. Emphasis would be on your past experience. Not much technical knowledge is required. You need to show off your technical skills. Just go through your basics in OS, Data Structures & C; it should fetch you a job in HPE.
