Chilling work without any pressures. Very good office campus Mahadevpura, Bangalore R&D Centre. The office environment is extremely good.
Average salary.
A little bit of politics is also there. Some old people are sitting idly and doing nothing, still creating nonsense for new members of the team.
Increase the compensation and take care of the existing old employees. Keep track of them properly so that they will not create nonsense problems for new joiners and play less politics.
