The people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable in all that they do. HPE is a new company set on a bold outlook for their business-to-business operations, coupled with The Machine that will change the landscape of computer architecture.
Relatively low compensation, but a very stable career path with increased responsibility along the way. The company as it stands right now is somewhat siloed. However, there are plans in place to de-silo the business groups for more integration and collaboration.
More communication is needed for skip-level managers. The vision and the outlook need to be conveyed to those lowest on the totem pole.
