Constant layoffs. Employees for a long time at the company prevent new ones from growing upward in their careers. Bizmal yearly bonus.
Find newer and more profitable business segments. Constant layoffs tell me that I cannot grow my career here. I have seen employees with 25+ years of service being let go on a whim.
