No pros I can think of.
The CCP team has a poor work-life balance. The technologies involved are not good, and there is no learning. The team culture is one of politics and escalation; collaborating and helping others is frowned upon. All members of the team generally work 12+ hours a day, sometimes on weekends as well.
Strict guidelines for working hours. Working hours should not increase beyond 11 hours a day, as this can lead to reduced productivity in the long run. Also, back-to-back weekend work and late work should not be allowed or encouraged.
