Flexible work hours and environment. Decent benefits.
- Sporadic company direction.
- Too many splits and acquisitions.
- Poorly structured hierarchy and vertical understanding within recent years. When the layoffs started to occur, several specialists were removed without adequate substitutions, leading to even more chaos within the organization.
- Culture was too conservative. I'm very sure it was limited to just my interaction with those in the supply chain, but there was too much of a mentality to appease those up the chain without enough opportunities to genuinely challenge improvement. This was due to a lack of technical management.
