Good work-life balance and good career opportunities.
No negative comments, as it's good to work at HPE.
Worst interview experience. The interviewer didn't ask about the previous internship in the same company (unpaid), nor did they offer an introduction. For an undergraduate, they were asking about LLD with a nearsighted tree and completely focused on
The interview process went pretty well. It was mostly technical and aptitude-based, followed by discussions on cultural fit, diversity, family, salary expectations, and negotiations with the manager and the human resources representative.
The first round of the interview was basic, with the least expected questions for screening. The second round was scheduled but did not go through since the expectation was different. I hope the process changes.
