Redundancies! HPE has declared that there will be over 35K job losses globally. However, the UK has taken a massive hit since they are looking to outsource to cheaper countries.
No pay rise or bonuses for years.
Low company morale due to redundancies.
Please stop making people redundant and outsourcing. You need to take more care of your staff and fight to keep them!
