I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks.
The most fulfilling interview experience I've ever had
The interview loop at Hippocratic AI was genuinely unlike anything I've experienced before. The process starts with a recruiter screen and a semi-technical screen before you're invited to the full onsite — and my recruiter was outstanding from day one. She took the time to help me understand the process and guided my preparation throughout, which set a great tone from the start.
The full-day onsite is where things really stand out. You spend the day in the office working on a real feature — one that's directly aligned with the kinds of problems Hippocratic AI actually solves for its customers. You go through System Design, Implementation, Code Review, and a Demo, all while collaborating with actual team members who discuss ideas and solutions with you along the way.
By the end of the day, I felt a genuine sense of accomplishment. It felt less like an interview and more like joining a team, taking on a real problem, and shipping something together. No other company has given me such an authentic window into what day-to-day work actually looks like.
One more thing worth calling out: you're fully encouraged to use LLMs and AI tools throughout the process. No artificial restrictions, no contradictory messaging. They walk the talk — and that says a lot about the culture.
