I received a call from the HSBC recruitment team, and she told me that if my profile was shortlisted, I would have to take the SJT (Situational Judgment Test). After that, there were no calls or emails.

One to two weeks later, I received a call from HSBC. I thought this call would be from the hiring team. He started asking me technical questions. I told him that I hadn’t received any email or call from your hiring team, but he continued asking me questions.

At that time, I had just come out of an internal meeting, and I was not in a position to attend the interview. I never expected this kind of interview process.
